Under Windows 7 all the devices work correctly at superspeed all the time. Under Win 10 the USB 3.0 controller is visible in the device manager. If I uninstall the drivers for all the USB devices and reboot the machine the devices are working @ superspeed. If I reboot again, the devices are still working @ superspeed.
